Carlos Manuel López Hernández
Born at Santiago de Chile, on March 21 of 1927. Basic education at the Grammar school Valentin Letelier. Superior Education: Universdad de Chile. Prize to the student of the 1949 promotion granted by student ligue. Lawyer in legal and Social Sciences since the year 1950. Title of Lawyer obtained on January 5 of 1951.

Free exercise of the profession from 1951. In November of the year the 2001 School of Lawyers granted a recognition to him in attention to its 50 years of profession.
